Tooling

To fabricate and finish glass parts to critical tolerances, AAG’s technicians use advanced machining equipment such as a 3-axis CNC router, complex tooling bending irons and checking fixtures and gauges. Our in-house capabilities ensure consistent part quality and save customers time and resources. Economic tooling solutions include on-site production of bending rings, use of check fixtures to ensure the consistency of tool shaping, artwork design/application and use of custom assembly fixtures to streamline processes.
